We offer a range of contracts to help you keep your system in the best possible condition.
Once your system has been installed for a year, you need to consider how to keep it in good working order to minimise possible faults; you will also want to know that if there is a problem, someone will be there to help.
A standard preventative maintenance and service contract will give you a full service/maintenance of your system and a report on any defects to allow you to plan any works required. As part of the contract we will guarantee to respond to any emergency calls within 1 working day and will almosty always be able to repair faults on the first visit.
If you require a more comprehensive contract we can offer an extended guarantee on ANY system that we supply and install. This will give you complete peace of mind as all parts and equipment that suffer from wear and tear are replaced free of charge (subject to the usual exclusions).
